Star-Trac I - Semi-Automatic
Features include:
- Used by metal fabricators to achieve a machine-like "U" or "J" groove in light or heavy plate, flat or round
- Grooves, bevels, gouges or cuts any kind of metal quickly and at a low cost
- Produces a higher quality finish than grinding, chipping or older methods of plate preparation
- Speed up metal fabrication by preparing both plates at the same time
Star-Trac II - Automatic Gouging Torch
Features include:
- Designed for continuous gouging of long seams in the manufacturing of ships, pressure vessel tanks, bridges, etc.
- Equipped to work with 3/8" to 5/8" Symex jointed "Secur-Fit" gouging electrodes up to 1200 amps
- Ideally suited for out-of-position work due to its light weight
Star-Trac III - Automatic Gouging Torch
Features include:
- Compressed air is turned on automatically when the system is switched to the "on" position.
- Designed for continuous gouging of long seams in the manufacturing of ships, pressure vessel tanks, bridges, etc.
- Equipped to work with 3/8" to 5/8" Symex jointed "Secur-Fit" gouging electrodes up to 1200 amps
- Ideally suited for out-of-position work due to its light weight
